I believe each team had 7 possessions. I believe S'ville punted 3 times scored 1 TD and reached he red zone 3 times coming away with no points. There were no turnovers by either team.

The Jackets had no turnovers in the Wylie game. They had 5 trips inside Wylie's 30 and 3 inside their 15, but came away with only 7. Wylie blocked a FG and stopped Sville on downs in the first half. The Jackets lone TD came with about 3 minutes left when Wylie had started subbing. The Jackets had 6 or 7 possessions in this game. Sville was 19-30-0, 250 yds passing and 27-79 yds rushing with 1 TD and 18 first downs. Wylie was 6-13-0, 110 yds passing 1 TD and 39-238 yds rushing 2 TD, 15 first downs. Each team punted 3 times. Wylie led the game 6-0 at the half and scored at the 3:02 mark of the 3rd qtr to push the lead to 14 and added another at the 4:27 mark of the 4th atr for the 21-7 final.

In last weeks game, Graham 14-21-1, 199 yds passing 2 TD and 35-80 rushing 1 TD with 13 FD. Wylie 12-23-3, 100 yds passing 1 TD and 33-101 rushing with 14 FD. Each team punted 5 times.

See what we do is; let the other team score quick and early. Puts our "O" on the field and then they score quickly also. This sets the tempo for the game; we suck you in lol. Then we get a stop or a turnover and our offense scores again. Let it speed back up again; then cause another turnover lol.

one thing Graham does defensively, that very few teams DBs do..is play the ball..i dont see the Jacket receivers getting alot of seperation in this game..but, Stidham is very precise passer, and doesnt make dumb throws into bracket coverage..hence why he has only 1 int. this season..thats going to be a battle right there...
Grahams offense will be effective in this game, not because the Jacket D is bad..i dont think it is, but, because everyone in their O turn into blockers..Oline is very good getting to 2nd level and that could be troublesome for the Jacket smallish LBs.

trust me, i believe he is a solid qb and i wasnt in anyway trying to knock him. He is a stud, i agree. I watched him play on the good ole Tv once and i watched him inperson once. He is a stud. I still feel ater seeing him that our D will do just fine. I MIGHT be from graham and be a little partial though ;) I will say this, i see #3 for graham having a great game behind grahams O-line. Their O-line this year is like 2012s pretty dominant.

Game Day! This week has been fun so far and I anticipate it to only get better after tonight for Stephenville. All banter aside, like several others have mentioned earlier, all respect in the world for both programs. We're about to witness the 2 best teams in Reg 1 get after each other. The fans for both Stephenville and Graham will be well represented in what Texas High School Football is all about. Two similar communities, two great football programs and two fan basis that believe in their teams. Atmosphere will be electric at kickoff and we all hope and pray both teams give is fans a game to see that we'll be talking about for years to come. There is fine line between confidence and cockiness. I make no apologies as product of the program and fan. It was that mentality that brought this program from doormat to dominant in the late 80's and it is that mentality and expectation of excellence that continues it today.

Game Day! This week has been fun so far and I anticipate it to only get better after tonight for Stephenville. All banter aside, like several others have mentioned earlier, all respect in the world for both programs. We're about to witness the 2 best teams in Reg 1 get after each other. The fans for both Stephenville and Graham will be well represented in what Texas High School Football is all about. Two similar communities, two great football programs and two fan basis that believe in their teams. Atmosphere will be electric at kickoff and we all hope and pray both teams give is fans a game to see that we'll be talking about for years to come. We hope all players stay injury free and play with sportsmanship and class. Safe travels to all. Here we go!

I just hope some of the senior citizens of Graham don't sit on their hands the whole game, drives me crazy. Was asked to sit down last week and the 2 rows behind us end up moving somewhere else.

I graduated at the start of the 4 championships in 7 years run. If you think the fans are more cocky now then you just don't know what you are talking about. Heck I am glad there wasn't message boards or social media back then in the era of fans of my dad and granddad. But I digress, I guess 6 qtr. finals, 2 semi-finals, and 1 championship is not dominant as the 90's 7 year run.

At home games our season tickets are close to the top so I can stand as long as I want. On the road in the playoffs our group usually stands the majority of the game and have done so ever since I moved back to Graham. The funny thing is that playoff games are generally in big stadiums and there is always plenty of room, but most people would rather complain about people standing rather than move to seats on the 30 or 20 yard lines. Everyone is more than welcome to get there earlier than me to have a better seat closer to midfield and not have to stand! If you do, I will gladly move to the 20 or 30 yard line seats and stand. It's the playoffs and I will be standing. I am getting older and have a bad back anyway.

Really, all they need is one stop per half, lol. Graham, on the other hand, will need lots of stops AND need to keep pace of the Stephenville scoring machine....a tall order indeed. I don't think you can negate Stidham and Williams enough the whole game.....their offense is much better than that of Wylie.
