Wouldn't shock me in the least. This will be the first time in over a year Rio Hondo plays against a REAL football offense. Also, Rio Hondo's D is suspect vs. the run.

Let's just say that there WILL BE possibly 8 or 9 matchups in the Top 25 teams in 4A in the 2nd Round this year. The cream will rise very quickly in the playoffs this season, for sure. Of course.....ratings are ratings depending on which ones you are looking at. I think individual matchups at this juncture are more important than how any team may be "rated" or "ranked".

My thoughts as well. Match ups will be key as opposed to a teams ranking. The “experts” had Sville finishing 3rd in district. I honestly knew better than that.

I think they may have the Texans playing at a slope rating of about 145. For a clearer understanding.....just google slope ratings in golf.

Second in R4 behind Cuero. Sixth in D2 overall.

Just hope the AP players are wearing protective eye wear - those Bobcats have had a habit of poking in the past Good Luck Panthers

Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

IIRC, the last time Rio Hondo and Cuero played each other was when Rio Hondo had their previous coach.

Wrong... They played each other under their current head coach in 2008, 2009 and 2014
