As I said, you've had them, maybe not to Vern's caliber. And, coaches kid's often comes with their parents as they did in Yoe. Some make it sound like it's illegal. Owens was a rarely one for us too.

I, for one, hope it doesn't come to that. I hope for the kid's sake he finishes with his teammates that he's been with his entire life. I have no horse in the race but I know plenty of the people involved at Boling and I can tell you this, they love that kid and he loves them. Its a very tight knit community and he's a big part of it.

Not quite the same as a state top 50 player moving in for his senior year.

It will be cleared and ok'd first, "if" it happens Wedo, I bet. Especially after all the transparency and accusations. But, I bet them D1 schools would love he didn't play.

This is where you're just....well.....wrong.

You don't go before the UIL and see if its "ok" for it to happen. The UIL doesn't get involved until AFTER its happened. At that point, if denied, the kid is the one that suffers.

Where you the one from EC commenting awhile back, why would Vern go to Yoakum, when EC is closer and a better program? Something like that as I recall.
