It's the games that matter time. Bo will have the boy's ready. I see a reversal from the district score.

YT, you sure could see some intense football in the EC game. Bo sure had them ready on offense and defense. Yo could definitely see a few new wrinkles in the offensive playbook made just for the playoffs. 90% of Columbus offense is generated by one individual, pretty much the same as last week. Yoakum held Cesar to a season low performance, they must do again to win this game. EC was flash and dash, Columbus more pound and ground and the Dogs will be ready for the challenge.
Yes, stop the "dozer" this week is job#1. Dude is a beast. Hit him low and fly to the ball. Hit him high, you die!!! Redbird QB is salty too. CB's better stay with their man.

Well Yoakum didn’t stop the Dozer this week and Columbus moves on to face Halletsville next week in the Qtr finals. That just shows the strength of our district 12 D1.Good luck and may the strongest team represent our region.
The better team won here. HV/Columbus are the 2 best out of region. Should be a humdinger of regional final.
Great season Dogs!!!! Should be better next season if we can replace Gordon?

D12 is definitely the class of region III, and whoever wins this game should be a heavy favorite over Llano or Lago Vista. Lorena was able to score on Hallettsville but had no answer for Brooks and company on offense.
How did the JVs play out in this district? I supposed the top three will be the top three again next season, but potentially in a little different order.
Halletsville & Columbus both had a senior heavy team. Yoakum is young and only lose a few seniors on offense and 4 on defense. Yoakum actually has 3 very good freshmen starting on the team. Yoakums JV team did very good this year and they will fill in the gaps nicely.
