Spectators at Games/Contest and Graham Steer Season Tickets
Per guidance received from the UIL, schools may allow spectators to attend games, contests, or events within a maximum 50% capacity limitation, provided that appropriate spacing between spectators is maintained according to the protocol, and according to the following:
All individuals ten years of age and older must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth wherever is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another individual not in the same household.
Schools and/or host sites should post visible signs and/or messaging stating any individuals who are confirmed to have, suspected of having, are experiencing symptoms of, or have been in close contact with an individual who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 should not enter the facility.
Spectators, audiences, fans, and media are required to wear face coverings as described in Executive Order GA-29.
Sites are encouraged to utilize remote ticketing options to help manage capacity limitations within a maximum of 50% occupancy. Paper tickets and programming should be minimized to help avoid transferable materials.
If possible, set reserved times for entry to avoid mass arrivals.
Groups should maintain at least six feet of distance from other groups at all times, including the process of admission and seating. A group is defined as no more than 10 people including the members of the household and those persons who traveled together to the facility.
Schools should not allow seating in consecutive rows and should block off seating to maintain a minimum of six feet of distance between groups.
Pathways for spectator ingress and egress should be clearly marked and unobstructed.
Schools should provide hand sanitizing stations and/or handwashing stations at entrances and inside the facility.
Seating, handrails, and other common surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected prior to each game or contest.
Press Box seating should include social distancing of at least six feet between individuals when possible.
Schools should limit access to working media providing coverage of the event to ensure protocols are followed.
Post-game interviews should be conducted while wearing face coverings and maintaining at least six feet of distance between the interviewer and individual being interviewed.

SCHEDULE UPDATE!! The week 6 game at Midland Greenwood has been canceled. Apparently a scheduling snafu with their district is the culprit but not exactly sure on that. No team has yet been a replacement for a week 6 match up. I will inform you as soon as I know. This is unfortunate as I was really looking forward to these two teams playing each other. As they are both very good in the region.

Graham ISD will be using an electronic ticketing process beginning with the 2020 football season.
No tickets will be sold at the gate.
Each student who is a participant in a home football game (player, student trainer, cheerleader/mascot, RSB3 member, Bella Blue, Blue Crew, etc.) will be issued a code that will allow them to purchase up to 5 tickets.*
The tickets must be purchased by midnight on the Tuesday before the home varsity game.*

At 8:00 a.m on Wednesday, September 16 any remaining tickets go on sale to the general public via the electronic ticketing system.*
Other Events Ticketing Process (Sub-Varsity Football. Soccer, etc.)
All-Sports Passes will be accepted for all events at Newton Field except for Varsity Football games.
Senior Citizen Passes will be accepted for all events at Newton Field except for Varsity Football games.
We are exploring the options of providing tickets via the e-ticketing process. Until then, tickets will be purchased at the gate in the same manner used in previous years.*
Concession Stands and Food Service
For games, contests, and events that will include concession stands or other food services, the following guidelines apply:
Staff, contractors, and volunteers involved in food service are required to wear face coverings as described in Executive Order GA-29.
Sites should avoid leaving condiments, silverware, flatware, glassware, or other traditional tabletop items on unoccupied tables or at the counter. Sites should only provide condiments or flatware upon request, and in single-use, individually wrapped items.
Regularly clean and disinfect the foodservice counters and areas. Clean and disinfect dining areas (tables, etc.) after each patron departs.
Limit contact between the individuals involved in foodservice and patrons as much as possible. Have employees, contractors, and volunteers follow proper food-handling protocols.
Before each game, schools should follow the screening protocols described above to screen staff, contractors, and volunteers who will be involved in food service before events. These individuals should also self-screen as described in the GISD screening protocols.
Confused yet!

Scrimmage went very well. Temper what I'm about to say with the fact that we played a team that did not win a game last year. Also they played most of their players both ways. Scrimmage was against Bowie. We won every facet of the game with ease. Scored repeatedly time in and time out. Did not give up a score. Quarterback was very accurate on the long passes and the short dumps. Running game clicked with absolutely no problem. Defense was stout got several sacks and several tackle for losses. Only bad thing to say is that the QB could have used his check downs more. Receivers caught the ball with authority and seemed to be in mid season form. Really no (real) negatives. No one got hurt. Liked what I seen for sure.
