The Dodgers have now stranded 8 baserunners thru 5 innings.....the Astros only one. I don't know if that's a good sign or not.....but the Dodgers have no runs yet!

Kershaw still on the mound against Carlos Correa to start the 6th. Correa punches one thru the hole between short and 3rd for a hit to start the inning. Now Gurriel hits a high chopper to Kershaw as Correa advances to 2nd. One out now and McCann at the plate.

Lefty Kershaw against lefty McCann.....McCann hits a deep grounder to 2nd but cannot run fast enough as he is thrown out at first by Bellinger. Correa on 3rd now with 2 outs and an intentional walk to Gonzales. Now here comes pinch hitter Gattis to bat. Now they are going to walk Gattis intentionally to load the bases with two out. Now pinch hitter Mayben is up. He will pinch hit for pitcher Devinski.

Mayben hits a high fly ball to the infield to third base for the final out. Astros strand 3. Bottom of the 6th upcoming. So far, Kershaw has been able to put the stoppers on the Astro batters.

Peterson gets a hit to center to lead off the 6th. Morton on the mound now for Houston. Forsythe at the plate for LA. No outs and runner on first.

Morton walks Forsythe on a close outsider. No outs yet with runners on 1st and 2nd. Top of the lineup coming up with Taylor now.

Taylor pops up to Correa at short for the first out. Now here comes Eithier hitting for Kershaw. Eithier delivers a hit to right and scores Peterson. Runners at first and 2nd now with one out.
