One of my friends from Mathis told me that theres a good chance that Mathis vs Lyford could play in Kingsville on Friday Nov. 13th. I hate the date but we shall see.

Rumor round Gilmer is we will play either Center or Jasper at SFA's stadium on a friday night.

Wonder where Sealy and Needville play at on Nov. 13?
Katy or Guy K. Traylor Stadium in Rosenberg.
Im sure since Ricebird Stadium in El Campo has field turf that they will have a playoff game there.

Even though I know it is said to suck as a playoff venue, I miss the days when all Gilmer had to do was drive 18 miles to Lobo Stadium for the first and/or second round.Originally posted by easttexas3a

Well, that what happens when you get put into a region where you are on the edge, whether it be the northern, southern, eastern, or western edge....you travel further for the early rounds. When we were Region 2, we played at venues such as Lobo Stadium, Rose Stadium, or Mt. Pleasant in the early rounds. Maybe they'll put us back in Region 2 in February....
I also heard from a reliable source that our bi-district game will be on Friday, November 13, at 7:30, at Homer Bryce Stadium in Nacogdoches."Kaizen"
