haha well smithville really isnt a bad team... they play hard and their offense is potent.. if their defense can get it together they would be hard to beat

Said after LG beat them that they may not win another game this year, I do not think they will win this week for sure. Next week's game with Bellville could be a game of who wants to finish 4 th or 5th. Giddings by 2 or 3 TD's.

"Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin' right here, all right. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We're talkin' some "freakin" muscle.

I heard that smithville was inside the sealy 20 yard line and could have scored but fumbled 3 times???

Smithville isn't a bad team, giddings is a good team. Hmmmm anything can happen, all about turnovers and field position...

    Good luck to both teams.

I say Giddings wins. It will be interesting to see if Smithville competes better than last year when they came in with a little hype behind them.
    GO BUFFS!

I have been waiting for that one big upset from the tigers. And still convenced there gona get it. Tigers will find a way to pull this out, 31-28 tigers. Giddings is suspect this yr, depends on wich buff team shows up. not world beaters like years past. playing at home, i just see the tigers fighting to the end, ask lg if this team well just lay down for the buffs wich most ppl are thinking . Its not like giddings is far away a better team, there alot closer than precived this yr. Tigers well shake up the playoff hunt. (im a homer by the way.) but i do see this game "closer than the experts think"

I hope Smithville does win so La Grange can win district outright.
