    Cuero participated in the
Bastrop track meet on Feb 28th and on
    Gobbler Relays March 7th.
Were scheduled to participate in the El Campo track meet but I am pretty sure it was cancelled due to the weather.
No track meet was scheduled last week. (3/21)
Cuero is scheduled to partipate in the Port Lavaca Calhoun Relays 3/28.
Maroonpunt seems to be the authority on the track team, he might have some times.

Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

As RaiderRed said, it's hard to find times but I'm still looking . I wish I had more times and field event results to post and I will post them when/if I get them. Here is some info from Gobbler Relays 3/7/09:

The Cuero Gobbler Track Team won the Varsity Boys Division with 170 points, putting them 28 points clear of second place finisher Smithville, who recorded 142 points. Rockport finished third with 114, followed by Calhoun (61), Sam Houston (58), Gonzales (57), and Pettus (3).

Gobbler Senior Steve Francis took gold in the 100M event finals.

Senior Isaiah Glover took home four gold medals and helped Cuero win the team title by scoring 32 of its 170 points. His points earned him Male Athlete of the Gobbler Relays. Glover won the long jump, triple jump, and ran the anchor leg on the winning 400- and 800-meter relay teams. Glover also ran the anchor leg on the 1,600 relay team that finished fourth.

Shot Put- Logan Pickett 42'10”, 2nd

Pole Vault- John Evans 11', 2nd
