Every morning, I take a multi-vitamin that is in powder form in a gel-cap.
About a month ago, I popped one in my mouth, half asleep, and swallowed BEFORE I had any water. By the time I got the water in the glass and started drinking, it was too late - the gel-cap stuck in my throat. Before I could a second glass of water to keep trying to get it down, the gel-cap melted! NOW, I have a gel-cap stuck in my throat, and multi-vitamin powder going everywhere.
About noon, the gelcap finally turned loose and went down the rest of the way. I quite tasting the powder about 2 days later.....I wanted a really cool quote, too, but this is all I could think of.®

I almost choked on a sunflower seed because it went down the wrong way. That's no fun.

The first time my youngest son got to drive a vehicle was because I was choking on a peppermint and couldn't quit coughing long enough to drive!!
