I think he'll be good, but 20 is a lot to ask of a number three pitcher in a rotation! I think he'll win rookie of the year, but Sox fans would be more than happy with 17 wins!

Nasty stuff, saw part of it today. Not a true rookie though after 6+ yrs. in Japanese pro ball. I say about 15-18 wins.

not a true rookie, but he'll get the award just like Ichiro did.

Probably so, but still don't like it. A rookie does not have years of pro experience at the highest level in one's country. No 28 yr. old is a rookie, etc.
