Mother Nature is just teasing us right now. It's cloudy with a sprinkle here and there, but that's about it.

No they won't. Now they will gripe that we are getting TOO MUCH rain. They are NEVER satisfied. Better you than me though!

Cuero got torn up this morning about 3:00 am. When the thunderstorms blew in, it brought high winds and heavy rains. Houses were struck by lightning, roofs were torn off and power lines knocked down. Looks like a tornado hit. My nieighborhood is still without power

Hope everything is ok in your neck of the woods Val - Terrell St was covered in limbs and moss and the fence at Two Silver Trumpets is completely gone and the power poles at the old Shamrock were knocked down too - I've had 5 claims turned in already (by 8:30am) the fence at the old Highway Dept location across the street from CHS is gone too

Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

My Neighborhood didn't have much structural damage, but a lot trees blown down blocking the street and power lines blocking my street also. Had to use the alley to get out. I heard on the scanner emergency management was passing out vouchers to several families whose homes were severly damaged this mornig.
