    Post Info for Burnet Fans

Watch out for the road construction in and around DeWitt and Victoria Counties. They are making both roads into 4 lane divided Highways.

If you are coming down Hwy 183 to Hwy 87 to Victoria there is construction from Cuero City limits to the County line on Hwy 87. 12 miles of it.

If you are coming down Hwy 77 to Victoria it is the same way from the Dewitt County line to Victoria.

Also a lot of construction on the North side of Victora City Proper on Loop 463.

    Everyone Drive Safe Please.

For me, I would take Hwy 183. It is a little more scenic with the rolling hills and all. Not flat and boring like Hwy 77.

Both roads end up at Loop 463 to get to the stadium.

Knowing how the Burnet fans backed their team last year at Roundrock, parking could be a problem Saturday at Victoria. Get there early. Vistor side parking was pretty full for Wharton/Cuero game. There is a cross over road behind score board if you get on the wrong side of the stadium.

Wharton players, coaching staff, and fans are looking forward to the rematch and the opporunity to play a class team and with a very respected coaching staff.

Everyone is still talking about the Cuero game and what a class act Cuero is on and off the field. Small town football at it's best.
