    I like spam sometimes...

    do any of you do weird things with this weird meat? like a spam fajita or something?

    Spam and egg tacos rule.
    Chicken fried spam is heavenly.
    Pan-seared spam with cheese is a delicacy.

    Yes, I love spam. Haven't had it in years though. Better make a run to HEB later.

    Kep likes the jelly that comes in the spam can. Not really, but we once had a weird conversation (that i'm sure he has forgotten about) about spam jelly.

    Ugh, the liquid from the can is the stuff that you have to cook out. I do like the ssssssssslup sound that the block of spam makes as it drops from the can.

    It goes great in a warm tortilla. Just make sure to thinly slice or even dice the spam. Goes great with eggs for breakfast. Think of ham. Twisted, demented ham.

    I've only seen it in jelly form when the can was mistakenly placed in the refrigerator. I'll never make that nearly-fatal mistake again.
