There are so many names to choose from right now. Let's just wait and see who all interviews for the job and then start guessing who it will be. That should probably take a couple of weeks.

Cowher might be the perfect fit for this team, maybe not long term but for the team they have now. They've got a lot of talent. They just need to toughen up.
