Surprising is that USC is not listed in spite of it's great success and big Hollywood glamour advantage. Also Nebraska isn't listed.

Only ND is ahead of UT. If we and other schools didn't have to share revenues with the rest of the conferences we are in no doubt we and others would have passed ND.
