I've only known Windows 3.1 and Windows XP.

What's the new version coming out soon? when we bought the laptop at Christmas, I got a rebate for a free upgrade for it, and was wondering if anyone had any feedback from trial versions
Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

the new version is Windows Vista...i've played with it, and we have it here at work...its pretty good, its basically a prettier version of XP with a lot of security crap worked in....Originally posted by 44INAROW

do you suggest I get it when it comes out? - I have no prob with XP and I am one of those 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it" type people but I am not opposed to trying something new if it's worth it.......Originally posted by jason
