I'm not talking about smack or anything. Just the usual 'who's good on your team' stuff. Talk started about a year ago on this possible matchup. That's a long time to develope some opinions. Your team seems to have gotten off to a tremendous start!

Yes our team has gotten off to a fine start. The young kids look like they are really enjoying Friday nights. They are ahead of my expectations for the season at this point. This is a tough week to play a team like Sinton. Our County Fair is this week so some of our players will have more then football on their minds. It is a lot of fun watching this team play and I can't wait until Friday.

Guys, I know you're team has a great defense. I believe it will be a defensive classic. Sinton has a decent defense of their own. Something that Altair-Rice is known for is Their defense. Even if Cuero doesn't do as well as some of us predicted, they are still way above average and will be a playoff team. That D of yall's must be impressive. I don't see Sinton doing as well as yall did against them. I hope I can make the game because it's gonna be a great game to watch! Nobody should take your team lightly!

This probably should be the game of the week in Reg.4.I give a slight edge to Sinton, just because of experience.Other than that, this could be a nail-biter.But who knows, that is why the games are played.Good luck to both teams and stay healthy.

Something to think about too! Sinton, although they played a good defense last week in GP, is still behind where they want to be on offense. They (Sinton) will need to pick it up against Rice! I agree Chris, this should get some consideration for "Game of the Week".

I dunno about Offense but I think Rice runs a 4-3 defense or what I saw in the Banner Press.
