Ingleside should win with no problem, but i was expecting West Oso to have no problems with Mathis also.

I hear ya on that one... if the players worry about 1 team at a time and don't look ahead towards other games (OG, Sinton) I think they will do just fine.

Go Mustangs!!! No predictions just hopes. I know we don't have any injuries that I'm aware of other than Hamilton. Like to see a better start then the AP game but as long as the outcome is good I don't really care how they start HAHAHA
Nice to have meet everyone that was there during half time and interesting, hope to ya'll again.

I agree, if coach can keep em on track, and take it one week at a time, they'll be okay. Don't need another Calhoun. I'm pretty sure they went in there w/ the big head, picked heavliy to win, etc. Wind up turning the ball over 5 times and gettin crushed. I think they handle Mathis just fine though
Ingleside 38
Mathis 12

Mathis
Picked to finish last in district by Dave Campbell's Texas Football, the Pirates stunned West Oso last week and are out to do the same to Ingleside. RB Chris Veliz carried 28 times for 136 yards and a TD in the 17-point win over the Bears. QB Tyler Raab and RB Jaime Ruiz combined to rush for 104 and each scored a TD. Veliz leads the team with 348 yards, followed by Jacob Rosales with 277. Ruiz is third with 214 yards rushing.
Ingleside
The favorite to win the district championship, Ingleside got off to a good start last week against Aransas Pass. The Mustangs finished with 381 total yards, 207 that passing. QB Josh Coffield had his first breakout game this season, completing eight passes for 175 yards and two TDs, both to Zach Adams. Fellow signal caller R.J. Endsley went 4 of 8 for 32 yards and a touchdown.

Boy this is defnitely football weather. I can't wait!!!

Oh... and I didn't think the Mustangs were the favorites. I thought OG was. Oh well that doesn't matter until the last game district game is played.

Ingleside by 14... Mathis is tough and run the Wing-T. That increases the risk.
