Default anyone else get mystery shopped?

My company does these about twice a month. We have finally gotten the right people in the right places as over the last 3 months our scores have been rising. I jsut got the latest one from earlier this week. Out of 855 possible points we got 835 for a 97.7%. A corporation record!!! Eat my dust!!! The items we lost points for were the driving range ropes being too far up in the scorers opinion. Little did he know we are growing in the grass on the back of the range. The other place we lost points were because we did not have a beverage cart on the course. I typically do not have one on days where there are only 30 golfers. The worst part about that one is that he was informed and duly noted it in his report that he was told in the Pro Shop that one was NOT available. Would have loved to have the 100%. Bonuses for everyone!!!

they send in a shopper to grade your establishments performance. They do it at several different types of businesses but mostly retail.

Dude, if you ever feel that your crew needs some practice preparing for the Mystery shopper I would be more than happy to volunteer my services. I will be your own personal Mystery Shopper and report directly to you.
