Having a refresh button on the page where all the posting is getting done would be a big help. I have to go back to the Main page of 3A DownLow Forum so I can see the new updates when I go back to post. Just a thought. If you don't have DSL or a fast server this makes it a hassel.

I think you can just press F5 for refresh, can't you?

Either F5 or the browser refresh will work.
