LH_PANTHER, I agree with you, Wimberley has to replace a good QB, but they have some very good players returning.
BTW, was Texas Football correct about Wasson staying at Liberty Hill? He didn't leave when his dad took the new job? Good for you if not, that kid is going to be a stud. I watched LH vs Wimberley, and you guys are going to be VERY good in a couple of years...you had a bunch of good sophs starting last year.

NO CHASE WASSON DID LEAVE WITH HIS DAD. WHICH IS BAD NEWS BUT THE WINSTEAD WILL STEP IN AND RUN QUARTERBACK NOW. HE IS VERY QUICK AND WILL FIT IN NICELY WITH THE RUNNING STYLE OFFENSE THAT WE WILL RUN. WE HAD 11 SOPHMORES ON VARSITY LAST YEAR EVERY ONE OF THEM STARTED. IF WE JUST HAD A SENIOR CLASS THIS YEAR I THINK WE COULD GIVE WIMBERLY A RUN. BUT WITH ONLY SIX SENIORS AND 21 JUNIORS I THINK WE WILL BE MUCH IMPROVED.

I wish you guys luck. I think Wimberley will be very tough this year, but there are a lot of very good young teams that will be paying them back when this year's senior class graduates.

I feel LH will most definately be a force within the district. I also believe that Wimberly will be overrated and the Panthers will/should dominate. But then again, it is way to EARLY to be making rash decisions.... Best of luck in the upcoming year, Panthers!
