It's all about the phonics man.
If you took his spelling for quiet, it's almost
there. You see if you take the first part of
quit, qui (it would be pronounced kw-eye), then
then last part of quit, it (it would be pronounced
-it). Put those together and you get (kw-eye-it), quiet!
Just take a cue from Sesame Street...
