you say u could have made that field goal huh...well why dont u play football too if ur such a great kicker and football player, its a lot harder than you think, thousands of people watching, huge rivalry, semi final birth on the line...you think you could have made that...haha

ur right, but come on, if ur truely good at it you cant let nerves get to you. I dunno what was going on in his mind, but it obviously wasnt 100 percent about just making the kick. You learn to tune out booing and w/e. But ya ive never had to clutch kick like that, but ive had stuff close to it.

im a big believer in one play doesnt lose a game, the loss was not his fault, theres a whole game before that....if the defense would have stopped them one more time if the offense would have scored one more time, you cant blame a game on a single player

well to an extent, but you also gotta look at he did miss the kick but your right if s'water had shut down snyder earlier then it wouldnt have come down to that.

he did miss it, but that kick was not the only thing that determined the game, u cant blame a game on one player

lol i said that it wasnt completely his fault, if sweetwaters D hadnt let snyder score then the kick wouldnt have happened, s'water would be state semifinalist or w/e.

It's not the best in the state, aleays heated, Palestine and Jacksonville. Towns are only 25 miles apart. Football game are great and basketball game even better.

just correcting some facts: It's one of the state's older rivalries, dating back to 1925 with 57 previous games and Sweetwater holds a 34-22-1 edge in the all-time series.
