i can see Alvarado/Midlothian Heritage becoming a heated rivalry, just like we had with the Panthers in the early 80s

Next re-alignment they are 5A or 6A.

Same happened with China Spring and College Station in Baseball. Two good years and its over.

Man, I miss this one. It may not ever happen again, though.

There were some great games between these two teams for a long time. My sophomore year (2002) was the rain-soaked, muddy slugfest we won 10-0 at Pilot Point with The Streak on the line, going up against G.A. Moore after he left Celina earlier that spring to coach his alma matter one last time. That was a fun week. People were camped out over at Massey Stadium for several days waiting to get in, my dad and his good friend included. Great atmosphere and great memories.

Lovejoy is growing by about 100-150 every realignment. We should cap around 1900 or so before we run out of land. Watch Frisco and Prosper for massive growth.

WOS used to have Jasper as their biggest rival but now they refuse to play us. Don't think we really have one that's not completely lopsided except maybe Giddings.
