I see where Woodville represents Reg. III in the 2A final four. That is a fiesty little bunch of ballplayers. They came down to the BC Tournament and faced some local ranked 3As and 4As. They were not afraid of the competition and that may have helped them prepare for the 2A playoffs. I don't remember all their scores but BC beat them 11-3; but if I remember right both teams did not have their top Pitchers in the ballgame.
Tournament scores are deceiving, Coaches are using new Pitcher candidates to see how they hold up under competitive opponents.
