Isn't it strange that after a bombing everyone blames the Crazy Azz bomber(s), but after a shooting the problem is the gun?

i dont know why, but that made me think of something i learned at camp...
If you fart while with a group of support staff at camp and dont say safety before someone else says doorbell, then you get hit until you can make your way to touch the nearest doorknob, no matter where it is! Youth camp is violent!
