Are these teams playing one game playoffs?
Could this change the outcome, playing one game instead of best two out of three?

One game series? Lorena/Lufkin Hudson Carthage/Princeton

According to the UIL brackets that is right.
I can think of only two reasons why I would want a one game playoff. 1) My team is a big underdog. Maybe we can steal one game. 2) I have one outstanding pitcher and two average pitchers.
But if that is the case why would the other team agree to a one-game playoff?
I have been told that you play a 3-game series unless both coaches agree to a 1-game series.
The only other thing I can think of is that this weekend graduation made it tough to do a 3-game series.

unless it has changed in a year..if the coaches do not agree they can flip for any and everything..what type of series..where it is played and when exactly it is played. All can be flipped for
