    I think that it was for being inappropriate in the Chat Room Saturday night/Sunday morning whenever he was drunk. Not sure what all happened, but last time I heard he was still able to post.

    He was probably just mad because he forgot to watch Dawn at Socorro when it was on TCM.

    I intended to spare him the "jason is rom" notification thread. BBDE has hit the nail on the head as to the reason behind it. Suffice it to say there are a couple of lessons to be learned here. Inappropriate behavior can get you rommed, regardless of whether it's in the chat room or on the board since both are open to any registered member that cares to venture there. The second lesson is that no one is "untouchable" on this board, not even the moderators.

    The perception of unequal enforcement is just that, merely a perception. There are reasons for everything. This is also the prime reason why we do not allow the questioning of moderators in an open forum. There are things going on behind the scenes that are not always perfectly apparent.

    This may or may not be a permanent action. I haven't yet made that particular decision. In the meantime, I suggest we let this subject fade away.
