    is a member of the Dayton Dragons. Also on the same team is Paul Janish who played for Rice.

    yeah, homer baily, didnt he pitch for lorena when they won the state title over sinton... or is baily the guy from forney from a couple of years back

    umm... i never did keep up with high school baseball... its not my thing...

    I never did get to see him pitch at the high school level. When he won state his freshman year I was still living in Dallas and wasn't involved with high school sports and in his senior year, Sinton didn't make it to state so I wasn't there.

    hmmmm....both years La Grange won state or was at the tourney Sinton wasn't there. (Well in the past 4 years anyway)

    I watched him strike out 17 of the 21 Bellville batters in the 2004 La Grange tournament. This game was used in his MLB scout video. Bellville did manage 2 hits, both by A&M signee SS Buenger. There were plenty of scouts clocking him close to the mid 90's.

    I'm glad to hear that the Janish boy is making a name for himself. I grew up across the road from his grandma.
