I set off the building security alarm

can you believe only my second day here at the new office and i set off the security alarm this morning. i was the first one in this morning so i could scan through the downlow real quick and a guy came in my office and notified me that the alarm people called. dang, ive started out smooth here.

reminds me of a story. i was working at a gas station during high school. i set the alarm one night but forgot to lock the back door. some old lady stops by their late at night looking for the bathroom, opens the back door instead. silent alarm goes off. the cops showed up in force with guns drawn...ended up taking her to the hospital after she passed out.
