The "all clear" has been given. My guess is there probably was an aircraft encroaching on restricted airspace.

im not a pilot but come on....even i know that if were flying a plane I cant go near the white house. And come on....when some f-16's begin shooting warning flares at me im turning around and looking to land quick!
