Blake pitched out of a 7th inning jam. After a walk, an error, and another walk, Blake settled in and struck out the next batter. On a 1-1 count, LaVernia batter failed on a suicide squeeze bunt and the runner was tagged out at the plate. Blake then struck out the batter on the next pitch to end the game.
