why is it that the NFL hearings arent tearing people apart like the MLB ones did?

too many records being shattered in baseball aaron. and now with the holy graile of records, henry aarons all time HR record in jeopardy (not to mention puttiong babe ruth 3rd on the list), the baseball purists are frantically doing what they can to put a stop to all of it. The big difference between baseball and football is that baseball has turned a blind eye to the problem. Meanwhile pro football has been much more agressive on this issue.
