Bridge City beat a good Mustang team tonight-4-0. WO-S has 11 seasoned Seniors that will be a threat in the 3A playoffs. It's not that they are not good they just can't handle BCs All-State Junior Kevin Angelle-neither can anyone else. Angelle was the strikeout King last season as a Sophomore, winning him AllState honors, and he continues to dominate excellent batters all too many times.
Better get ready for an unheralded WO-S in the playoffs; they are potent against most all 3A type pitching skills...
