Default Texas Collegiate League (wooden bat)

Hey guys, this is a league that was started actually last summer. It's a wooden bat league much similar to those in Maine and Alaska where the players live with host families and play from June until early August. It is great, quality baseball with a family atmosphere. I had the fortune of being friends with the son of the P.R. Manager so me and my friends spent most evenings last summer wearing the Graham Roughneck mascot suit. I got free food and baseball, PLUS $30. GREATEST JOB EVER. If you live in or around Denton, Weatherford, Graham, Mineral Wells, Euless, Coppell, Highland Park or McKinney, you should come out to a game sometime this summer or watch the weekly updates on Fox Sports Southwest. I promise, you won't be dissapointed.

I can probly answer any questions you may have.

I agree. I was a sub as official stats person for five games at Colleyville and three games at Granbury last year. Saw some good college talent.
