I hit my younger brother in the face with a baseball bat as we were climbing into the car to go to my first Little League game. I still remember that from when I was like 6. I made it to the game, he made it to the hospital.
....and that tough little bastard didn't die.

i mean, my brothers and i would fight and shoot each other with bb guns, but i dont ever recall hitting with a bat.
