That' a coincidence, cause i beat that guy in sinton last week. And yes your right about the regional competition, should be good.

You will need to throw around 155 to have a shot at state or you have a pretty weak region. 143 isnt bad for a frosh.

Throw those discs until you're dizzy...
I know how it can be, I did discus my junior year, I really, really SUCKED...
I believe if you want your athlete to have quick feet, make him shag throws, he'll learn how to move...
I was never the quickest guy in the world, but when you shag those discs, you have to be or you'll be beheaded...
