    when i was a jr in high school i got a 1982 chevy scotsdale, shortbed...only had 25,000 miles on it when i got it...

    1976 volkswagen bug. i got it several months before i got my license. paid $700. a while later i decided to get a nice paint job so i paid $666 (my mother was nervous about that price) and a few months after that i rolled it end over end 4 times (cops noticed the marks dub into the dirt). man i loved that car.

    my bug was standard and i didnt know how to drive it then. thats how i learned. when i got a job, i bought a truck, then a mustang both standard. now with my current "family car" i get bored because its automatic
