    Default Non-Football Schools

I admit total ignorance on the following, so ya'll please help me out. What do non-football programs do as their schools get bigger? Can your school stay non-football indefinitely? When can non-football schools start basketball practice, and can they play it year-round?

I've heard that Ponder (2A) is growing and will field a football team in 2006 or 2007. Krum (2A) and Brock (2A) are feeling pressure from people moving in to offer football.

Krum has been feeling the heat for a while now for a football team. I believe the last bond election they had a football stadium was on the ballot. But I don't think it passed. Could be wrong though.
