Default Sealy 76 Waco Connally 68

Sealy will advance in the 3A playoffs after defeating Connally 76-68 Saturday night in Huntsville.
It turned out to be an exciting game after the Tigers took a big lead in the second quarter only to see the Cadets come back with 15 unanswered points to go ahead.
Sealy took a 39-34 lead in at the half but trailed 55-54 going into the fourth quarter.
Sealy's 22 fourth quarter points was enough to take the win.
Tim Palmer led Sealy with 36 points.
Sealy will play Mexia in the next round of the playoffs.

Good luck against Mexia, Tigers! It will bring a degree of satisfaction to Austin County that one of our teams beat them. Take it all the way, Tigers!

Mexia didn't shoot all that good from the outside, but did a great job of getting inside to score. Sealy has 3 really good front line players that should match up well. Mexia's #21 does a great job along the base line, so Sealy will have to put a big body on him.
