She started out in the 123 and ended in the 114. The most she lifted this season was 570. She would have done more at her final meet yesterday, but things didn't go as planned. She medalled in 3 out of 4 meets, and was close to qualifying for regionals for the second year in a row. She has two more years ahead of her and will be in the top of her class. She plans on weight training year round instead of just during the season, this should help her obtain her goal.

Don't know if anyone will qualify, but will keep you posted. And once again, thanks for the tips, they really helped.

That is a pretty good total from the 114 weight class. Is there any chance of her qualifying for regionals?

Being a certified powerlifting judge is an awesome experience because you get to see these outstanding lifters lift an incredible amount of weight. I have only judged 3 meets this year and the regional director wants me to judge at regionals and state. I think regionals and state are going to be outstanding. I think the state meet is going to be back at U of H again.
