its amazing. High school athletes arent supposed to be that strong. You would think they would be dang good in football but they arent. Its like they are strong as heck but cant move

i am the most impresses w/ blake smedley. i have only seen one other person list that much or more in the 198's class, that was richuel massey from hillsboro my senior year. he went on to play fullback at smu, i think hes a junior there now. he totalled something like 1770 at state or 1800 or something. i wouldnt exactly say kids in high school shouldnt be that strong, it just takes alot of hard work and a really good strengthening and conditioning coach. good luck to these fine lifters who help my favorite sport to compete in look that much better.

I saw a girl last week that weighed 109lbs., and she could squat 320, bench 130 and deadlift 350. She had no muscle definition whatsoever. It was amazing, she looked like this tiny little stick and could lift so much for her weight class. Needless to say, she was name outstanding lifter at the meet.

Just the thought of trying to lift the 109 lb. girl makes my stomach turn.
