    Default Baseball Scrimmages?

    Any thoughts on scrimmages this week?

    to early to worry about it. pitchers not in game shape and kids still on the hardwood.

    Man it's never too early to look into baseball season, that is for a true fan!

    Excellent point VWG. I know that IP has it's first scrimmage set for next Tuesday. I'm not sure who it's against but I'll find out and keep you posted.

    IP should be strong this year. Swenson, Fulfer, and they've got a good pitcher coming back.

    Not us! I did happen to notice they were having practice earlier, around 5:00 or so; it started raining around 6:30-7, but the lights were still on.

    Not here, we even got a tarp. We are gonna try to scrimage Thursday though. We were hoping to scrimage PNG today but fields were to sloppy!

    I think the pitcher you talking about is named Bowers. IP should be tough, I halfway expect them to make some noise in Region 1. The bb coach at IP is in his 12th year and up to now has averaged 1 state tourney trip every 3 years. It is time for him to make another deep run to keep that stat from slipping to 1 every 4 years.
