Nothing special really!
When I have to use a number like, "I have told you a thousand times"....for some reason, I always say "I have told you eleventy-three times"!
I used that in the chat the other night and LHPMOM got a kick out of it!

lol, LHPMom. And how about some of those good old expressions for other things, like:
tee-niney for "very small"
beaucoup for a "bunch"
gill- flirted for "messed up"
and the younger generation has their own set of expressions for degrees of things...
