I played quarterback for the NFL Los Angeles Rams 1949-57 and the Philadelphia Eagles 1958-60. I quarterbacked the last Eagle Team to the NFL championship in 1960 (This was before the Super Bowl and the East and West Division Winners played for the championship in one game). This was the last championship for the Eagles so it has been a long drought. 1960 was a great year in which everything worked out for the Eagles for one year. We were between two Baltimore Championships and the Vince Lombardi Green Bay dynasty. In fact our Eagles team met Green Bay in the NFL championship game and we beat Vince Lombardi for his own playoff loss 17 to 13. The Packers got down to our 13 yard line near the end of the game where time ran out on them. I coached several years in the NFL. I passed away in 1983. Who am I?
