Coaches: The Good The Bad & The Ugly

In what area do most coaches in the 3A area need to improve on?

Offensively I think they need to use the pass more and be more to open up the running game and be more inventive with the running game. Most teams even champions are so predictable it gets old. Some times i watch and just say to the defending coaches DUH. Defensively i see a lot of run stoppers but very few can defend against the pass so i would work on the DB's on how to play the reciever!

i think id have to say everyone on the team playing as one person. this will help awareness and everyone will know more about what to do.
