I believe this is the first meeting between these 2 teams. Both teams offenses can put a lot of points on the board and the defenses are both pretty solid so this should be a pretty good game. One thing for certain. Pirate offense has as many turnovers as they did against Grulla, they'll be playing catch up in a hurry.

We played Lago Vista earlier in the year dam good team but Sinton is also but LV has the better team in my opinion Lago Vista by 2 to 3 scores

Rematch coming with Sinton.

Sinton been playing with starters out the whole season that the backups are starters now and ready. Defense is solid in first half all year it's been the 2nd half they tend not to replicate the 1st half same like last two seasons.

Sinton shuts them down on defense and offense puts up the points to win. 21-10

If you go by the scoring averages on both sides of the ball, both teams are pretty equal with Lago Vista having the edge in scoring offense at 45 pg. compared to Sinton at 37 and Sinton having the edge in scoring defense at 17 pg. to 21 for Lago Vista. Vikings will have a size advantage as far as the linemen go, but the Pirates have been dealing with that all year. I think Sintons receivers will have a height advantage over Lago Vistas DBs with Colby Hesseltine and Jacoby James both at 6' 3". Speedwise I haven't read anywhere that says Lago Vista has any players with blazing speed so I think they'll be pretty equal in the speed department with a slight edge in the Pirates favor. Lastly I think Sinton has the advantage in depth. Noticed on highlight reels that Lago Vista has some players going both ways so could hurt them late in the game. So with all that I think Sinton will win as long the offense hangs on to the ball and limits the penalties and the defense does their job.

I've seen a few of their games on youtube the full games. Defensively they have some db's that will jump routes that I've seen go for pick 6 against us so hoping Sinton pump fakes or make sure to get ball there quicker. Offensively their qb is almost like the Edna qb but don't think the speed Edna had at the skill positions.

Sinton D will do just great just hoping for the full game and Offensively avoid mistakes and mix the run and pass as much as possible.

It's going to be a close game.

LaGrange poster saw the game y'all scored on the first play but called backed and did nothing the rest of the game. Sinton would of hang 50 on yall again.

Lago Vista last season was 3a D1 and lost in the state semifinals to Lorena the state champs.
1st season in 4a D2 and in District 13 with Wimberley and Navarro and some Austin area teams. Finish 3rd losing to Navarro 42-21 and a shot for a 3 way tie for 1st but dropped a 31-28 loss to Wimberley . Other loss was 1st game of the year to Cameron Yoe 71-35.

Sinton making its 4th appearance in a row in this round and have won the 3 previous under HC Michael Troutman. Last season Sinton won in this round vs La Grange. Sinton finish 1st in District 15 by winning vs Ingleside for district championship 32-0. Sinton losses this year came early vs Beeville 20-17(was up 17-7 4th qtr), La Vernia 28-27(La Vernia 28 4th qtr points) and Edna 48-21 Sinton defense got beat early with Edna 34 points in 1st half.
