    Default Sinton 3- Calallen1 Pirates 4A Region 4 Champions

Great pitching performance by both pitchers. And the Pirates did the unthinkable...They jumped the right field fence and jumped in the pool.
Not sure if they got in trouble for that or not. LOL
Back to the state tournament they go.

    34-1

Well Calallen is the only team in the state that played Sinton close. That just proves the baseball talent in South Texas. Congrats to both Sinton and London for making us proud of their accomplishments.

Actually Ingleside forced them into extra innings (3-2 I think), and they beat Wimberley 9-8 on a walk-off single in the 7th. That was the game I really thought they were going to lose. Also CC London played them a close game as well.

Sinton 11 Calallen 3 (Calallen tournament)
It was 11-0 going to 5th before avoiding the 10 run rule
    Sinton 3 Calallen 1
It was 3-0 til the 7th

    Sinton 13
    Wimberley 1
It was 4-1 going to the 7th when Sinton scores 9
    Sinton 9
    Wimberley 8
Wimberley jump out to a 4-0 first inning lead and kept adding each time Sinton got closer til Sinton tied it in the 6th and Wimberley retook the lead in the 7th and Sinton wins it on a walk off. In this game in the bot 7th Jaquae Stewart led off and was intentionally put on base as the tying run.

Wimberley ended being the toughest lineup Sinton faced and toughest pitcher was Lamkin from Calallen
