Texans have taken two medals thus far, both bronze. One for shot put and the other triple jump.

Hudson Bennett - a Junior - from 4A Burnet --- Gold in 3200 meters and Silver in 1600 meters ( missed Gold by 0,97 seconds).
Last year (2021) as Soph. won Gold in 3200 meters, and Bronze in the 1600 meters.
In 2020 as a Fresh. he won both the 3200 and 1600 meters in 4A Region 4 . He pulled a muscle so had to miss competing in State meet.
